ADC vs Prestolite Brushes

Here you can see that both brushes have the same footprint. Prestolite uses an angled attack, where as Advanced DC uses a straight angled approach.

Here's an old Prestolite that has the 3 brush setup. Problem is there aren't any standard shafts long enough to adapt to this motor, so a custom shaft will need to be made as this has a female shaft stlye as is

At 350 lbs, this motor's a beast. With the OEM drive plate this motor was over 400 lbs but was able to knock off 50 lbs by making a plate from AL.
