Wow. I had thought I could just buy an ADC9 and a Zilla and be ready to post some 16’s until I saw your pics of damaged motors! What am I looking at spending to have a new ADC9 gone over and made ready for high RPM’s (8 - 9k)?

I really like what you did with the brush holders (ground down and painted) in the photo gallery. Why did you use two different size brushes? I have my motor our right now and would like to make some of these mods if I can. I have an ADC 9 incher. Do you have brush sets for this motor? Do you sell the rings the holders mount to? I thought you mentioned a PDF order form on your site, but I haven’t seen it. Or is this a future add-on?

I am in the planning stages of building a EV1 Streamliner .My maximum weight can only be 1099lbs without driver.I have roughly 500 to 600lbs for Motor,controller and Batteries.I would like to run a Kosotv 9″ dia. motor do you have any ideas??

Jim you do beautiful work! I feel honored that you rebuilt my little 7inch GE motor last year. anyway I’ve sent you a lb of coffee today been meaning to do that since I met you at John Wayland’s Invitational last July…. It’s late but it’s fresh hope it meets your standards!
